We recommend referring to our comprehensive size guide available on each product page. Since our shoes are handcrafted on specific lasts, we suggest measuring your foot length in centimeters and comparing it to our chart for the most accurate fit.
What is the typical lead time for Made-to-Order (MTO) pairs?
Our Made-to-Order footwear is meticulously crafted by hand. This process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from the date of order to ensure the highest quality standards before shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our premium footwear globally. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges on standard stock items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in unworn, pristine condition. Please note that custom Made-to-Order and Bespoke pairs are final sale and cannot be returned.
Can BLKBRD shoes be resoled?
Absolutely. Most of our footwear features Goodyear Welt or Blake Stitch construction, which allows them to be resoled by a professional cobbler multiple times, extending the life of your shoes for decades.
What materials do you use for your footwear?
We source only the finest full-grain leathers from world-renowned tanneries, including box calf, museum calf, and premium suede, ensuring durability and a beautiful patina over time.
