CF STEAD, Waxy Commander - Wheatbuck, Snuff, Mole

Waxy Commander uses Stead’s proprietary tannage, which is designed to shrink the fibre structure by up to 25%, in order to create a unique appearance after the impregnation of a blend of natural waxes. The tight fibre structure prevents any ‘opening’ or stretching (e.g. when lasted) and Stead’s traditional, rich dyeings work with the waxes during wear, to produce a wonderful combination of natural texture and colour.

This is a rugged fashion leather, with a character all of its own. Fully waterproof and Gore-Tex compatible but have its own Patina and Maintains its appearance in wear. 

This makes a handsomely rugged package for boots in wet condition.
