At BLKBRD SHOEMAKER, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted footwear does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box, ensuring all dust bags, cedar trees, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided label to the outer shipping carton and drop the package off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master cobblers verify the condition of the returned pair, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
